He is an Associate Partner in Transforma Consulting. Spent most of his career with Accenture (more than 15 years), leading a large Change Programs, Projects, and Program Management Office in large multinational and national companies. During his tenure with Accenture, he is specializing in Change Management to support people in embracing change. His clients include Oil & Gas, Mining, Consumer Goods, Banking and Telecommunication. He has experience in Program Management Office and Strategy during his work with AIA Financials and Maybank Indonesia. He is also an Internationally Certified Coach and Project Manager.
