A seasoned consultant with more than 25 years of experience in business transformation, specializing in People, Process, and Technology across various industries, particularly the Oil & Gas sector (upstream and downstream). He has extensive expertise in program and project management, leading end-to-end organizational, process, and systems transformation initiatives since 1996.
His expertise includes Business Shared Services and enterprise culture transformation, with a strong track record in designing and implementing High Performance Culture programs, facilitating leadership alignment, defining enterprise key behaviors, and embedding culture into governance, business processes, and performance management to drive sustainable organizational performance.
He also brings extensive experience in digital transformation, including Digital Marketing, Big Data, Analytics, and IoT, and has contributed to Indonesia's National Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMN) with BAPPENAS. Previously, he led Ipsos Business Consulting Indonesia and served as a Senior Consultant at the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology (Kemendikbudristek), supporting strategic national transformation initiatives.
